1. About L'amourNailandBeauty

These terms and conditions apply to all beauty and aesthetic services provided by Sharon Potts at L'amourNailandBeauty.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Booking and Appointments

Bookings are automatically confirmed through our booking system. However, we reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policies or schedule.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

For certain treatments, you'll need to complete a consultation form before your appointment. We'll let you know if this applies to your service.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged a cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount at your next appointment.

We understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel unexpectedly.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

We accept cash and bank transfer.

Prices are clearly displayed and confirmed at booking. Any additional services requested during your appointment will be charged accordingly.

5. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. We maintain strict hygiene standards including sanitizing hands before and after each client, disinfecting all tools after every use, and cleaning workstations between appointments.

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your treatment begins.

Some treatments may require a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment. We'll advise you if this is necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be suitable for you or could pose a health risk.

6. Service Standards and Refunds

We take pride in delivering high-quality treatments. If you have any concerns during your appointment, please let us know immediately so we can address them.

Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to resolve any genuine concerns about the quality of service.

Results may vary between individuals, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for aesthetic treatments.

7. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to be polite and respectful to our staff and other clients.

Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service and future booking restrictions.

Please keep mobile phones on silent during treatments to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone.

8. Your Information

We only collect and use your personal information for booking purposes and to provide our services.

Your contact details are kept secure and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

We may send appointment reminders and important service updates to the contact details you provide.

9. Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance for our services. However, we can not be held responsible for any adverse reactions that occur despite following proper procedures and guidelines.

Please follow all aftercare advice provided. We're not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Personal belongings remain your responsibility while on our premises.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through our booking system.
